I want you to know that everything we discuss in our sessions will be kept completely confidential. However, there are a few important exceptions where I'm legally required to take action. These include:

• Child Abuse or Neglect: If I suspect that a child is being abused or neglected, I am obligated to report it to the authorities.

• Elder Abuse: The same goes for any suspected abuse or neglect of elderly individuals.

• Threats of Harm: If you or someone else is in immediate danger, I may need to share information to keep everyone safe.

My priority is to support you, and I'll always handle these situations with care and respect.
